Questions teams ask before signing up

Do I need to install anything?

No. The probe joins through your normal join URL, SIP credentials, realtime endpoint or phone number. For an SFU or PBX that is not reachable from the internet, the Scale tier includes a private probe: a container you run in your own network that executes the same checks.

Which regions can a probe run from?

Frankfurt (eu-west), Virginia (us-east), Oregon (us-west), Singapore (ap-southeast) and São Paulo (sa-east). The Free tier picks one, Team picks three, Scale uses all of them. Probe IP ranges per region are published so you can allow-list them on firewalls and TURN servers.

How is a voice-agent scenario billed?

As a check. A scripted dialogue against one agent from one region on one schedule is one check, whether it has two turns or ten. The phone leg of a scenario is included; a dedicated number pool for high-frequency calling is quoted separately.

Can I export the data?

Yes: every run is available as JSON through the API on every tier, and the Scale tier adds Prometheus and OpenTelemetry export so that the canary metrics live next to your other dashboards.

What happens when I cancel?

Checks stop at the end of the billing period, history stays readable for 30 days through the API, and the free tier remains available for the three checks you want to keep.
