Scope

These terms cover the use of the rtcanary.com website, the free tools published on it and the guides. Use of the monitoring service itself is governed by the service agreement provided to each customer.

Guides and tools

Guides are provided for information. They are written from primary sources and reviewed periodically, but standards, vendor documentation and software change; verify anything you rely on against the linked source. The MOS calculator implements the ITU-T G.107 E-model with published codec parameters and produces an estimate, not a measurement of any specific call.

You may quote short excerpts of the guides with attribution and a link. Republishing a guide in full requires permission.

No warranty

The website and tools are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, RTCanary is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the website's content or tools.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
